Large modules
Portals, signs and full-event systems need measured doors, lifts, stairs, vehicle space, floor conditions and a setup window. Freight, crew, storage, collection and insurance are scoped separately.
Tracking and handoff
The activated policy will identify carrier, tracking method, delivery responsibility and the person authorized to inspect the package. No guaranteed date is implied until the route is accepted in writing.
Reusable packing
Where quoted, fitted cases travel with setup order, care notes and a parts ledger. Client and venue teams must keep each cavity, wrap and base with the correct module for reuse.
