What the brief collects
Name, email, phone, brand and offer identifiers, quantity, deadline, written brief, consent and up to five permitted reference files may be submitted for scope review.

References belong in private intake, not public galleries.
The planned Cloudflare intake uses consent, Turnstile, server-side validation, private object storage and limited retention. A legal privacy controller and contact will be supplied before commercial activation.
Why it is used
Data is used to validate the request, prevent abuse, prepare scope, contact the requester and maintain a record of the resulting quote or gated order intent. It is not presented as marketing proof or a public case study.
Retention plan
Private reference uploads are planned to expire after 30 days. Inactive quote and order-intent records are planned to expire after 12 months, subject to final legal and accounting requirements.
Access and sharing
Only authorized scope and production roles should access the private intake. Carrier, payment and commercial disclosures remain disabled until their providers and policies are approved and documented.
