Map zones and quantities
List arrival, ceremony, reception, tables, guest gifting and exit, then attach the real object or copy requirement to each zone.
Process · Six gates
Scope, copy, quantities, proof approval, physical validation and the venue route are resolved in order before a production slot is confirmed.
Proof-led sequence
Lead time begins after scope, commercial confirmation and written proof approval—not from the first moodboard or enquiry.
List arrival, ceremony, reception, tables, guest gifting and exit, then attach the real object or copy requirement to each zone.
Record venue opening, doors, lifts, stairs, floor, airflow, power position, loading window and who will install or collect each module.
Name one approver for spellings, dates, numbers, languages, monogram and final quantities. References must be owned or supplied with permission.
Approve copy first, then layout, geometry, material direction, dimensions and limitations. Structural changes after approval receive a new scope.
Fragility, stability, low-voltage modules, fit and packing are physically checked against the approved concept before dispatch or setup.
Reusable cases, setup order, care notes and replacement-part boundaries travel with the object system so venue and client teams share one reference.
