Brief checklist
Give the production decisions somewhere to live.
- Offer or package name and target budget
- Guest, table, sign, object or venue-zone quantities
- Event date, delivery city and venue setup window
- Final copy, name-list status and one proof approver
- Door, lift, floor, airflow and power limitations for large pieces
- Up to five permitted JPEG or PNG references
Uploads are private intake references, planned to expire after 30 days. The form is protected by validation, consent and Turnstile when production credentials are active.
