Returns and damage · Pre-launch policy

Proofed custom work needs a clear damage path.

Final return, replacement and warranty terms require the legal business identity and fulfillment policy at commercial activation. The intended process separates approved customization from transit or manufacturing damage.

01

Inspect at handoff

Before setup, compare the package, cavities and parts ledger with the approved dispatch record. Photograph unopened damage, the outer label, internal protection and affected object before moving parts.

02

Report through support

The activated support route will request order ID, delivery time, photographs and a short description. Keep all packaging until the written assessment confirms whether collection, repair or replacement is appropriate.

03

Approved personalization

Names, dates, copy, quantity, dimensions and finish approved in the final proof are not treated as manufacturing errors. A mismatch between the produced object and that proof enters the documented review path.

04

Event-date risk

A replacement before a fixed event date cannot be assumed. The written quote records the response options available for the lead time, material batch, location and carrier route.
