What is included in the displayed price?
It is an indicative starting point for the named object or package. GST, shipping, venue handling, setup and unusually complex design work are excluded until a written quote defines them.
How many proof rounds are included?
Every offer includes two digital proof rounds. Content, quantity, layout, dimensions and material direction must be approved in writing before production; later structural changes are separately scoped.
Can you reproduce a couple or venue exactly?
Not by default. Couple scenes are abstract rather than portrait replicas, and venue lights are simplified architectural interpretations rather than survey models. Any reference must be owned or supplied with permission.
When is the final guest or table quantity due?
The proof schedule records a quantity-lock date. Late additions depend on matching material and production capacity and may need a separate dispatch or revised quote.
Do you install large portals and signage?
The starting price does not assume installation. Access, floor, airflow, placement, transport crew, setup window, collection and venue permissions are reviewed before any on-site scope is quoted.
Are illuminated objects safe around guests?
Lighting remains low-voltage concept work until physically validated. Final modules, cable protection, operating time, stable placement and distance from liquids, heat and guest paths must be approved for the venue.
Can we use candles with the objects?
No flame, candle or heat-safe claim is made. Decorative objects should be kept away from open flame, hot surfaces and direct food contact.
What does order review do?
Configured custom objects can be stored on this device and sent as a gated order intent. No payment is taken, and price, proof, production slot or delivery is not confirmed by submission.
How should references be uploaded?
Use the protected brief for up to five permitted JPEG or PNG files. The planned intake keeps uploads private and expires them after 30 days.
When does lead time begin?
After scope, commercial terms, proof approval and an available production slot are confirmed in writing—not from the first enquiry or moodboard.
