- Two digital proof rounds are included; production begins only after written proof approval, and later structural revisions are separately quoted.
- Personalization covers one simplified venue interpretation, one date plate and one palette; survey accuracy, floor plans, invented hidden elevations and portrait scenes are excluded.
- Reference images must be owned or supplied with permission, and the client remains responsible for venue and photographer usage rights.
- The light core is a low-voltage decorative concept, not room lighting; final electronics and ventilation require prototype validation.
- Layered architectural details are fragile and should remain in the fitted box during transport.
